Domestic Operating Procedures
Below is a list of guidelines for Bluelinx domestic purchase orders. Specifications and
definitions not found on the face of the new purchase order form can be found here.
Moulding
All new P.O.'s must adhere to the following:
- NO DELIVERY WITHOUT APPOINTMENT (Warehouse List can be found below)
- NO ITEM TO BE OVER/UNDERSHIPPED MORE THAN 10%.
- UNITS MUST BE POLY-BAGGED AND LOAD FULLY TARPED ON A FLATBED TRUCK, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE, WITH TALLY SHEET ATTACHED.
- BUNDLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH BLUELINX BUNDLING SCHEDULE AND EACH PATTERN BUNDLED SEPARATELY.
- PO # MUST APEAR ON BILL OF LADING.
PINE = Solid Pine
FJP = Fingerjoint Raw (Bare)
PRMD = Primed Fingerjoint
PRMDMDF = Primed MDF
Mill Run = NO TRIMS; SPECIFIED LENGTHS ONLY
- Only Lengths as specified on purchase order will be accepted.
- WMMPA General Requirements For Wood Moulding WM4-04 apply
- Profile samples and/or drawings provided upon request of supplier
